This week I started working in marl. I worked with it before, but never really saw it as a stone for me. Because I hurt my shoulder and couldn't work with hard stone I desided to give it another chance. And I'm really pleased with it!

About 35 years ago I made a design for a bracelet in silver, which I never made. It consisted of 5 pieces. Now I have this plan to make a series out of it in marl. Below you can see the drawings.

Work in Process

Last week I've been busy with a new sculpture. In this sculptire I've tried to make an abstraction of the female body in which the frontal body and the backside are connected. Now it's time to make it an sculpture. In this video you'll get an impression of what it will look like.
